Once we have approved all of your documentation we will lodge and collect your application from the embassy. The only thing that you have to do is to advise us how you require your passport sent back to you.

Please note that visa requirements change on a daily basis. It is therefore advisable to double check with our consultants prior to sending any documents to us.

Also we strongly suggest that if you are going to use the postal service to send your documents then you send them via Royal Mail Special Delivery, as this guarantees next day delivery. Your application needs to be received by this office no later than 0900 that day to guarantee that day service (Except France which is next day). If it is received later then we do our best to get your application lodged but we cannot guarantee.

Payment for services.

All credit card details must be provided in writing prior to us lodging any applications on your behalf.

TNT despatch of documents.

We can arrange for your documents to be sent back to you via the TNT overnight courier service. The relevant fee will be added to your invoice.

By 0900am the next day £35 + VAT
By 1030am the next day £30 + VAT
Saturday delivery £40 + VAT

Airport Hand Over Of Passport

In the case of emergencies we can offer an airport hand over service. Basically this is a service where a member of our airport team will meet you at a desinagted point and hand over your documents.

LONDON HEATHROW:- At desk £60 - VIP Meet £80**
LONDON GATWICK:- At desk £60 - VIP Meet £80**

** Plus courier fee to deliver documents to the airport**

The charges for this service is as follows:-

London Gatwick £90 + VAT

Saudi Arabia E-Numbers & Photo Scanned

We are able to obtain the e-number and get the photos scanned into the e-reference on your behalf.

We do impose a fee of £25.00 for this service.
