Visa Requirements for the Republic of Congo-Brazzaville.

All visitors (Business Tourist) to the Republic of Congo-Brazzaville must be in possession of a valid visa before entering the Republic of Congo-Brazzaville.

10.30 to 1530 hrs.

Last visa applications are accepted up to 1445hrs daily.

@ One Visa application form duly completed.
( Photocopied application forms accepted )
@ One recent passport sized photograpgh.
@ One Passport

For Business Visas

In addition to the above requirements you if you wish to obtain a business visa for The Republic of Congo-Brazzaville you are required to provide with the following additional paperwork.

A Letter form your employer on company headed paper stating the following:-

@ Full names of the employee.
@ His / Her nationality.
@ Passport Number.
@ Job Title.
@ Full address and contact details of the company
in Congo Brazzaville.
@ Length of stay and arrival date in Congo-Brazzaville.
@ The employer's full responsibilities of the employee, including repatriation in case of emergency.

For Tourist Visa's.

In addition to the above requirements you if you wish to obtain a tourist visa for The Republic of Congo-Brazzaville you are required to provide with the following additional paperwork.

@ A Lodging Certificate ( Certicate of Herbergement) provided by relatives or friends in Congo - Brazzaville and authorised by City Hall or the Immigration Authorities is required.

OR

@ Evidence of a hotel reservation.
@ Proff of sufficent funds ( credit cards, pay slips).
@ Proof of employment in the U.K, for those with dual nationality.

ALL APPLICANTS MUST HAVE:-
@ AN onward & return ticket to the country of residence or to the UK.
@ An up to date vaccination programme - namely Yellow fever, Cholera and Tetanus - Malaria prevailis.
@ A valid passport cvovering the length of stay.

BUSINESS & TOURIST VISA CHARGES

There is no "Transit Visa".
All visas are issued as a Multi entry.

@ 15 day service (minimum) GBP 60.00 cash
@ 90 day servive (3 mth minimum)GBP150.00 cash.

When attending in Person

The new proceedure for obtaining visas will be:-
Upon entering Holborn Gate front entrance, please advise rhe reception that you wish to visit "HRG".

You will then be asked to sign in and allowed top proceed to the 3rd floor reception. Upon arrival at the 3rd florr reception desk please ask for the "Consulate of the Congoi-Brazzaville". Your documents will then be checked and a collection time will given.Visas will be issued on the same day if required.

Finallt please be advised that Children, Pramas, Baggage will not be allowed in the building.
