The Czech Republic has become one of the most popular holiday destinations in Europe. It offers it's visitors the chance to explore beautiful & historical castles, sample fine wine, stroll through many beautiful forests, or just simply float along the river soaking up the beauty of this enchanting land. The Czech Republic is basically made up of Bohemia in the west, Moravia in the east.
The most popular months for travel to the Czech Republic are May - September with July & August being particularly busy and Prague is particularly busy during these months. Prague
One of the most beautiful, stylish and possibly at times one of the busiest capital cities in the World. Here there is something for everybody, centuries of history, and stunning examples of architecture from all of the major periods, friendly locals and an exciting nightlife.
The city main tourist centres are the "Old Town" with its Market Square and famous clock tower. Wenceslas Square where you will find many restaurants, bars and shops, and finally the ever popular Castle which can be reached by crossing the beautiful Charles Bridge with it's musicians and street traders. I would recommend that you sit at one of the many cafes before starting the climbing up the winding cobbled streets to the castle. But once you get there it will instantly seem worth all of the effort. The Castle is full of museums and offers some stunning views out over the city.
But what makes Prague just that little bit special is it's location. No more than a day away there are many castles, medieval monasteries and some stunning landscapes, which allows you to explore this countries history at a leisurely pace.
We can offer discounted rates at the following hotels:-
Corinthia Towers Hotel, Hotel Palace Praha,Hotel Jalto,Renaissance,Hilton,Marriott and the Inter-Continental.

Travel Warning / Information
Petty theft is a growing problem, particularly in Prague. Pickpocketing is common at the main tourist attractions, at the main railway station, and on public transport, particularly those routes to and from Prague Castle and other major tourist sites. There have also been several cases of theft from hotel rooms and even safes. There are increasing numbers of cases of theft on the tram and metro involving gangs of up to 9 or 10 people surrounding their victims and even threatening violence. Take extra care when travelling on public transport and be aware of the people around you.
Beware of bogus plain-clothes policemen, who may ask to see your foreign currency and passport. If approached, decline to show your money, but offer instead to go with them to the nearest police station. If you suspect that you are dealing with a bogus police officer, you can call 158 or 112 to check their identity. No police officer in the Czech Republic has the right to check your money or its authenticity.
Never leave drinks or food unattended, or accept drinks from strangers, however attractive the offer might seem. There have been a small number of incidents involving drinks being spiked and visitors having their valuables stolen whilst intoxicated.
We strongly recommend taht you obtain travel & medical insurance before travelling.
