EASY GUIDE IN HOW TO GET A RUSSIAN VISA

Important Information
Every visitor to Russia who is not a Russian national requires a visa to enter the country.

The following types of invitation / visa can be handled by this office:-
Tourist Visa
Is required for any person wishing to enter Russia eiher as a tourist or on leisure. Please note that in accordance with Russian immigration policies tourist invitations & visas can only be used if a traveller is entering Russia for tourism purposes.
Vistors are NOT permitted to enter Russia on a tourist visa if they intend to hold business meetings or for general purposes. The authorities treat visa misuse most severely with penalties ranging from a large on the spot fine to arrest. travellers take the risk of having any future Russian visas refused.
Business Visa
Is required for anyone entering the country for meetings, contract signing or any other business related activities.

How to obtain your visa in easy to follow steps.
Step 1 - Getting your invitation / support document.
Every traveller visiting Russia needs to apply for an invitation prior to applying for a visa, which must be approved by a Moscow, based Ministry. This can only be done by one of the Ministry approved agents, who are permitted to apply locally at a relevant Ministry.

Step 2 - If your application has been approved.
When your application for a invitation / support is successful then a file number will be sent by telex to your local Russian Consulate. Only at this point are you permitted to apply for your visa.
Step 3 - Preparing to apply for your visa.
All applicants must complete a Russian visa form. This must be completed in full (every question must be answered) and sent to us with the following documents.

The Russian embassy will then issue you a visa.
